Wawrinka

Rafael Nadal, 4th in the world, was the winner this Sunday of winning the Roland Garros tournament for the tenth time by outclassing Stanislas Wawrinka in 2 hours 04 minutes. Untouchable, the Spaniard, aged 31 years old, lost no set during the tournament for the third time in his career after 2008 and 2010. Winner of the Monte-Carlo, Barcelona and Madrid tournaments this year, Nadal has found his status as ogre of the earth, now holder of fifteen Grand Slam titles (ten Roland-Garros, one Australian Open, one Wimbledon, two US Open). Nadal is now only 2nd in the ranking of the major tournament winners behind Roger Federer (18) and Pete Sampras (14).
